Marcello Pompa Formerly Served As Operations Manager at Jani-King
Marcello Pompa serves as President in M & M Cleaning, Inc. Here
he develops a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives
and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization and
oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service,
and cost-effective management of resources.
Marcello communicates with
management daily to identify all current openings, workforce planning
strategies and initial start dates for new hires, detailing all assignments and

requirements.
He started his career as
Assistant Manager and Senior Customer service at Citigroup. Here he leads financial
industry service with over 1,800 branches nationwide, $30million dollar daily
net profit and little over 9,000 employees. He formerly served as an
established operations manager at Jani-King from 1996-1998. Here, he worked to
increase territory accounts by asking current customers any business partners
if needed cleaning services.
Marcello Pompa made his best efforts to reduce the customer service
complaint calls by setting up a monthly and weekly contact as much as possible
to each customer. He reduced customer service complaint calls by setting up a

contacted customers to get more special services (strip wax, windows cleaned,
floor shampoo, etc.) on the monthly basis, this added a total net dollar of
$14k a month.
While serving in PDS Technical Services in
1999 as Sr. Technical Recruiter, he was responsible for full life cycle
recruiting including sourcing technical candidates with a cleared background to
support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Defense/Military, Software,
Engineering, etc. He utilized primary sourcing tools such as internet resume
databases, job fairs, internal referrals, job postings, professional
associations and advertising.
Pertaining to his skills,
Marcello is an expert in understanding customer needs and offering them total
solutions and support from his end. He always maintains his records and answers
all the questions of his customers during phone calls. He always comfortable
making cold calls and talking to new people all day and he is also excellent in
verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with
potential customers.
Talking about his educational
qualifications, Marcello Pompa
completed his high school from Malden High School. Further, he completed his
graduation from University of Massachusetts Boston.
