at PDS Technical Services, Marcello Pompa performed full life cycle
recruiting that included sourcing the technical candidates. He checked them for
a cleared background in order to support Business Intelligence Systems,
Aerospace, Software, Engineering etc. He utilized the primary sourcing tools
such as internet resume databases, job fairs, internal referrals, job postings,
professional associations and advertising.
Marcello is currently serving as the President at
M&M Cleaning, Inc. Here, he has developed a strategic plan to advance the
mission and objectives of the company, thus promoting the revenue,
profitability and growth as an organization. He plans, develops and implements
strategies for generating revenue for the company.
Being a former operations manager at Jani-King, Marcello Pompa
was solely responsible for more than 22 accounts on the Boston area with an average
