Serving the dry-cleaning and room-cleaning customers since 2000, Marcello Pompa serves as the president of M&M Cleaning of Maiden, Massachusetts. He serves more than 20 contracts for buildings totaling more than 4.5 million square feet. He handles all the aspects of his business and its workforce of 160. His attention to operations and staffing has produced a 40% boost in labor productivity. Marcello is responsible for overseeing the company’s budget, payroll, and vendor negotiations.

Marcello is well versed in finance and accounting methodologies, facility management, conceptual design development, and recycling program management. He is highly proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.

Being an expert in providing loss prevention initiatives, Marcello Pompa possesses a great ability in building the reliable relationships and makes real-time analytics and actionable insights.
