Formerly serving as the Senior
Technical Recruiter at PDS Technical Services, Marcello Pompa was highly involved in full cycle recruiting which
included sourcing the technical candidates with a cleared background in order
to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Defence/Military,
Software, Engineering etc. He utilized the primary sourcing tools such as
internet resume databases, job fairs, internal referrals, job postings,
professional associations and advertising.
Currently, Marcello is serving as
the President at M&M Cleaning, Inc. Here, he has developed a strategic plan
to advance the mission and objectives of the company, thus promoting the
revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He plans, develops and
implements strategies for generating revenue for the company. Besides, he
worked on approving the company operational procedures, policies and standards.
Marcello launched sales bonus program in the second quarter 1996 that increased
sales 18K a month as compared to first quarter 1996.
Being a pro in telemarketing, Marcello Pompa believes that with
