As the former Senior Technical Recruiter at PDS Technical Services, Marcello managed to hire candidates for a variety of positions including Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Consultant, Software Developer, Marketing Manager, Executive Assistant, Accountant, Controller, Engineers and many more. Be it about the current openings or implementing the workforce planning strategies, Marcello communicated well with the management. As the Technical Recruiter, Marcello performed full life cycle recruiting that included sourcing the technical candidates. He checked the candidates for a cleared background in order to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Software, Engineering etc. 

Marcello communicated with management daily to identify all current openings, workforce planning strategies and initial start dates for new hires, detailing all assignments and ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.

Currently Marcello serves as the President at M&M Cleaning Inc where plans, develops and implements strategies for generating revenue for the company. Besides, he works on approving the company operational procedures, policies and standards. Regarding the achievements he has made so far, Marcello launched sales bonus program in the second quarter 1996 that increased sales 18k a month as compared to first quarter 1996.

Starting his career as Assistant Manager and Senior Customer service at CitiGroup, Marcello led financial industry service with over 1,800 branches nationwide, $30million dollar daily net profit and little over 9,000 employees. Marcello Pompa earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of Massachusetts, Boston in early 2000s. He is highly proficient in Peachtree, QuickBooks, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel software. During his free time, he enjoys Sunday afternoon football, soccer matches, and trips to the movies.
