Formerly serving as the Technical Recruiter at PDS Technical Services, Marcello Pompa was responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing technical candidates with a cleared background to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Defense/Military, Software, Engineering, etc. He also stayed informed of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action laws and guidelines; provided prospective employees with information about organization.

Marcello communicated with management daily to identify all current openings, workforce planning strategies and initial start dates for new hires, detailing all assignments and ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements. As the technical recruiter, he has solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and hands-on experience with various interview formats. Here he worked till 2000. After that he stated working as President in M & M Cleaning, Inc.

Serving as president at M&M Cleaning, Marcello Pompa develops a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as organization and oversees company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Beyond improving employee productivity for the 160-person operation, Marcello is responsible for overseeing the company's budget, payroll, and vendor negotiations.

Marcello started his career as Assistant Manager and Senior Customer service at CitiGroup. Here he leads financial industry service with over 1,800 branches nationwide, $30million dollar daily net profit and little over 9,000 employees. In 1998, he started working as operation manager at Jani-King. Here he responsible for over 22 accounts on the Boston area with an average of $475k a month.

Formerly working as operations manager at Jani-King, Marcello Pompa managed to hire candidates for a variety of positions including Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Consultant, Software Developer, Marketing Manager, Executive Assistant, Accountant, Controller, Engineers and many more.

Marcello earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of Massachusetts, Boston in early 2000s. He is highly proficient in Peachtree, QuickBooks, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel software. During his free time, he enjoys Sunday afternoon football, soccer matches, and trips to the movies.
