Marcello Pompa worked to develop more real estate and personal loans
Spending nearly two decades guiding operations at
M&M Cleaning Inc, Marcello Pompa is
well versed with his roles and responsibilities. His responsibilities range
from managing contract specifications to coordinating the activities of over
160 employees. Here, Marcello has developed a strategic plan to advance the
mission and objectives of the company, thus promoting the revenue,
profitability and growth as an organization. He plans, develops and implements
strategies for generating revenue for the company. Besides, he works on
approving the company operational procedures, policies and standards.
Being a project manager, Marcello gained
familiarity with a wide range of finance and accounting methodologies as well
as with software packages such as Microsoft Office, Peachtree, and QuickBooks. Regarding
his life as former Senior Technical Recruiter, Marcello was responsible for
full life cycle recruiting including sourcing technical candidates with a
cleared background to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace,
Defense/Military, Software, Engineering, etc.
Formerly, Marcello served
as Operations Manager at Jani-King where he was responsible for more
than 22 accounts on the Boston area with an average of $475k a month. He always
focused on establishing standard processes and ways of doing things.
As the former Assistant Manager, Marcello was
involved in supervising, scheduling, data entry, employment verification,
company compliance, job applicants, paperwork logging, processing of
unemployment claims, telephone coverage, and customer complaints, and motivate
a 5 member team of full-time employees.
Serving at CitiGroup-CitiFinancial, Marcello Pompa led the financial industry service. He managed
day-to-day activities of sales with $22 million inventory and drive sales
forward. He worked to develop more real estate and personal loans, which
increased branch profit by 5% more in just 3 months.
Regarding his skills, Marcello is well versed in
finance and accounting methodologies, facility management, conceptual design
development, and recycling program management. He is highly proficient in
computer programs such as Excel, Power Point, and QuickBooks.
Marcello Pompa
holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts,
Boston. Outside of his professional life, he pursues activities such as playing
soccer, watching football, and going to the movies.
